How do I know I need therapy, medication or both?
During your initial assessment, we’ll review your history, symptoms, and goals. From there, we’ll create a professionalized plan that may include therapy, medication or a combination, depending on your needs.
Is everything I share confidential?
Yes, your privacy and trust are very important. All sessions and records are kept strictly confidential, except in rare cases where disclosure is legally required for your safety.
Can you help with both mental health and substance use issues?
Absolutely, we specialize in treating co-occurring conditions, meaning we address both mental health concerns (like depression or anxiety) and substance use challenges together for more effective results.
